Hi, I’m Ali Caron MS, RD, LD. I am a Registered Dietitian who loves
food! I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maine, with one amazing semester spent abroad at Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia. I currently work as a full-time clinical dietitian counseling acutely ill patients. I am also a full-time dog mom to my basset hound mix, Penny.
Since becoming a vegetarian almost 5 years ago, my palate and skills in the kitchen have had to evolve to keep things interesting and fun. After finishing graduate school and entering the workforce full time, I found myself talking about other people’s food all day long and I have discovered a kind of joy in coming home and preparing a meal for myself.

My motto is that a perfect recipe is one that is aesthetically
pleasing, packed with nutrients and easy as pie to prepare. That way you can take the time to enjoy every
bite of your creation and get back to spending time with friends and family as
soon as possible.
So feel free to see what’s in my pantry, at Lemon
Pantry. If you have any questions please
feel free to leave a comment. Happy Eating!
Hi Ali! I just found your blog through the Nutrition Blog Network. I'm a fellow RD & blogger, and just moved to Portland. I was hoping to meet some fellow bloggers in the area if you'd be interested!
ReplyDeleteHi Emily! I've read some of your posts over the past year through the NBN. I had no idea you were in Maine! Always nice to hear from other RD's/Bloggers :)
